Hard to write something intressting

My brain always shuts down when I'm unemployed. I have no fantasy what so ever what to do in life and what to write about here.
Though my brain has been stuffed with thoughts lately (some pretty good actually) I can't get it out in words worth writing about. Or maybe I'm just lazy to log in here and just write randomly...Like I do now ;-) :P

Ok, here I go then.
Since last time I wrote I'm still unemployed and have heard nothing from employers that I've sent applications to....But I'm not surprise...You have to send at least 50 before you get just one answer. So I have about 45 applications left to send :P

Maybe I was a bit harsh when I said (wrote) that I have no fantasy what to do now when I got so much time over. I've actually started at Friskis & Svettis with my friend. We're working out about 3-4 times a week now which is great.
Otherwise I'm stuck at home nearly all the time. It's hard to lift your ass and just go outside for a while if you haven't decided to meet someone. What's the point if it's just me alone, right? (I'm so lazy! shame on me!)

I entertain myself with my dear computer and youtube (and NO, not in a dirty way! haha) Ofcourse I watch a lot of Legend of the seeker clips but I try to let that serie go because it feels like the fans can not save it and get a third season. (But I still have some hope left).
I actually found another serie last friday that I follow now with a bit of obsession :P
the Brittish soap opera Coronation Street. Due to the wonderful actresses that are Brooke Vincent and Sacha Parkinson. :)

So you see, my time goes by...but maybe not in the best way. I could be more active and socialize with more people. I don' t see my friends enough because they have things to do...Wish I could see them all every day like back during the schooldays....at least all the girls will meet this Saturday for a girls night which I looking forward to. Was way to long ago. :)

Unemployed ...again...

Last Thursday was my final day at my seasonal work. There is unfortunately not much to do in winter time as a gardener so work consist only for six month or so. But I wanted to quit this job because my knee hurts and I didn't like it very much there anyway.
I hope I can find a more interesting job in the nearest future but it's not easy in today society. I actually got an interwiev last Friday and tomorrow I will try it for a few hours (not payed though). It's just a part-time job, though.
We'll see if I like it, and if they like me...maybe.

Though I'm happy to get rid of my old job and get some "vacation" I kind of hit rock bottom today. It totally sucks not to have a job that you like and to get an disant salary from so you manage to have your own apartment and your own life!
I don't like my current life at the moment, but it does not suck completely though. I will get some money from my unemployment benefit society (a-kassa) and both my family and I have a good health.
I feel worthless when I can't get a full-time job and earn my own living.
Yes, that's the right word, worthless.

But yesterday I became a bit happy. I got my season 2 DVD of Legend of the Seeker in my mailbox! Just took five days instead of twenty.
I try to be happy for the small things in life for now. :)

Hot hot HOT in Turkey!

Yesterday I was back in Gothenburg after a hot week in Kemer, Turkey.
It was 26-40 degrees Celsius around the clock. Thank God for AC on the hotel room.

It was the third time for my parents in Turkey, only the first time for me. So I had to learn how to haggle (pruta) with the Turks. Not easy though :P but I did some bargains.
When you bought something and they were not to happy when you left...you knew you did a bargain. But were they happy when you left you had probably payed a little too much.

The turkish people were all very nice and polite. But then we only met sellers and staff on the hotel. :P We stayed at an All inclusive hotel and when we ate it was nearly only young boys/men who took away our plates. And they all were very good-looking men. (wonder why, right?) :P Got a lot of commentaries how beautiful I was, which always is appreciated but two of them wanted to meet me after work which I didn't wanted to :P
It was funny entertainment at the hotel at evenings and we got to sit "at the front stalls" because our balcony were towards the scene. :)

Kemer had beautiful gardens and parks and everything is still blooming and is green. It felt like it was June or something. And all around Kemer it was high mountains (2000-3000 metres high) except towards the blue ocean of course. The first time I saw that high mountains "live" and it took your breath away :)

It was a nice trip but I got a strong sun burn, sun eczema. Unfortunately I've got sensitive skin and I burn myself a lot, especially abroad. So trips to hot and sunny countries it's not my ideal vacation but I wanted to get away and Kemer was very beautiful and it was fun to shop and spoil myself with good food :)

Some upcoming vacation :)

I haven't had a vacation in years (and no, I don't count unemployment as vacation :P) .
I have thoughts of going to New Zealand and maybe I will during the winter (Swedish winter that is)...I just have trouble to make up my mind about it :P (Costs a lot of money and I will live on the edge for a few months with the economy. To have a car isn't cheap :P) I have seen the beautiful nature and landscapes in many different shows and movies on TV now (particularly Legend of the Seeker of course) But I want to experience it "live", so to speak :D
I really want to go! And I should just book it, and in worse case scenario, cancel it if something comes in the way....right? Don't you agree? :P Can someone please go with me??? :P

I will at least make one trip abroad this autumn ;-) I booked a trip to Turkey for a week today. I'm going with my parents so it's not a party-trip but it suites me just fine. I just want to get away and relax. (Get some Turkish massage) Get away from my boring work! ;-)
It was an All inclusive trip so I'm so gonna eat a lot! haha But not only sweets I hope (A). We're going to go in september; the perfect time to leave Sweden and extend the summer a bit ;-)

Folkrace!

Yesterday I visited my friends (Andrea and Dennis) in Skepplanda where it was Folkrace. We saw Dennis compete but he didn't made it to the finals but it was fun to see him race anyway ;-)

And I got to see their beautiful little daughter for the first time! adorable! :)

Pink at Ullevi

in Friday I was and saw Pink at Ullevi (an arena) here in Gothenburg.
We had beautiful weather and Pink was awesome, she can really sing live.
But I got disappointed at the seated crowd, me and my friend sat among them and we really wanted to jump to the music. But they were boring and just sat there...but after an hour (to the song "U and your hand") I couldn't stand it anymore and start jumping and demanded my friend to do the same. Then some action start to occurred! A few start to follow us and by the end of the song everyone stood up, FINALLY! :P

When we saw Green Day earlier this summer the crowd stood up from the first song and kept going for 2 and a half hour!
That was another thing with Pinks concert...it was way too short...:( just 1 and a half hour...
But otherwise Pink was great, she has an amazing voice :D

Life is a miracle

Since last time I wrote I've been well and been working my ass off as usual :P
Had a fun day at Liseberg with my little cousins as well :)

And yesterday I found out that my friends got a baby girl! I'm so happy for them both, they so deserve some happiness in life. And a healthy baby. It's been a year since that horrible day last year.
I don't believe in God but for a whole year I have been praying to something higher to take care of them, bring them some happiness. I hope it will last :)

Now it's time for a dip in the water at my summer house! I suggest you do the same! See y'all later :) :D
