A trip to London, anyone?

Wanted to go to London for a while now but it's no fun to do it all alone. I haven't had the time or money for it either but after October 30 I'm "free" ...or whatever you wanna call it ;-) So someone got the time and money to do the trip with me? I know you guys also have problem with money and time but if you get a free space in your schedule then call me immediately! :)
I'm pretty desperate and actually thinking of doing it by myself anyway :P
But of course I would prefer that someone of my friends would come along :)

So five weeks left before I'll be doing nothing....or not making money...
But I have the right to get money from the unemployment benefit society (A-kassa) but as always it's trouble understanding how and what papers that must be fulfilled and send in....They are probably doing it so difficult so people will misunderstand and never get their rightfully money and it's making me very angry. But I will solve it and get my money somehow! ;-)

So like I said above, call me if you wanna go to London :)
And remember to enjoy the little things in life like the sun on beautiful autumn leafs or just a really good party song to jump around to :)

Book fair

Today I had the luck to get free entry from Linnea to the annual Book fair here in Gothenburg. As always it's A LOT OF PEOPLE that tries to get a autograph from their favourite author or get a bargain on a book or two so just after two steps in there I just got all tired. We almost went directly to the second floor where there would just be food and garden books and authors. ;-) Linnea had to go to work and I was left behind but I didn't mind because I just sat next to the Garden stage and just listen to inspiring advice how to manage a garden. Just sat there for hours and enjoyed it. :)

And of course was Gunnel Carlson (Gröna Rum) there. The woman who has done so much for garden lovers in Sweden with her genuine passion and charming personality.

Har ni Röstat?

Idag har det vart Kyrkovalet. Har ni röstat, ni som får?
Jag var nere förut och röstade, får ju ta sin chans om man får. Jag röstade för denna gång hade jag hört talas om valet och för att markera att den nuvarande regeringen...aaa, vad är ordet? just det, SUGER!.
I alla fall mer än vad en röd regering skulle göra. Tror många från den röda sidan röstade för att just markera, hoppas det i alla fall.

OCH jag röstade för homosexuellas rätt att få gifta sig i kyrkan. Visst Det var nån lag som gick igenom nu i maj men jag har för mig att det ändå inte var på lika villkor som för hetrosexuella par...nåt med självla ordet "äktenskap" som var problemet. Många inom kyrkan som var emot att kalla homosexuellas giftermål för "äktenskap" för det skall enbart kallas så om det är man och kvinna som gifter sig.
Tycker det är synd att man hatar folk för att dom älskar en annan. För det är ju det dom gör, oavsett alla andra argument dom kommer med. Varför lägga ner energi på att hata folk som älskar? Det låter så himla ologiskt det kan bli. Ska man inte lägga energi på att hata och motarbeta folk som FAKTISKT skadar andra människor här på denna planet?
Nä, men man kan ju inte förstå alla, tyvärr.

Päronen borta...igen.

Japp, föräldrarna lyxar till det igen och har stuckit utomlands, ända till Afrika (Tunisien).
Skönt att vara ensam hemma lite men som vanligt så är det jag och inte min bror som sköter om hemmet, och jag arbetar på dagarna medan han inte gör det! Fast han har faktiskt diskat hela två gånger! Alltid nåt.

På jobbet sliter man. Men jag klagar faktiskt inte, det är ett skönt jobb, extra mycket när det närmar sig helgen för då brukar det bli flummigt på jobbet. Kan man asgarva med kollegorna när man rensar ogräs så trivs man nog ganska bra ;-)

Jag blir nog kvar till sista oktober, tjöta lite extra på chefen på Västra Kyrkogården idag om mitt kontrakt. Jag visste ju inte riktigt hur länge man får stanna men det har väl blivit klart nu, hoppas jag. Fick en kopia på det jag skrev på i maj och det står ändå 30 oktober.
Det blir dessutom en liten resa med jobbet för min del. Kyrkogårdsförvaltningen brukar göra studieresor en gång per år. Först var det snack om att resa till St Petersburg för några dagar, men det var nåt som brast i planeringen och allt var tvunget att skrotas :( Men det får bli en lite kortare resa istället.
Man fick välja mellan en resa till Havets Hus i Lysekil eller Läckö Slott. (Gissa vad jag valde :P)
Historieintresserad som man är så valde jag Läckö:) Bara jag och Kristian från våran kyrkogård som ska dit, vi reser nu på tisdag (22 sep) med folk från Västra och Lundby. Intressant och se vad det är för människor :)

Peter Korn and a Boat trip

In Thursday I and my "green" girls (the girls from the class last year) visit Peter Korns garden in Landvetter, south of Gothenburg. We had the most beautiful afternoon with sunshine :) and I just enjoyed the company so much!
At Peter Korns garden we just took a look around and was amazed of what he had done with his own hands. It's his private garden and he has pretty much done it all by himself. It's a bit different compared to other gardens because it's a lot of rockery beds. Usually many wants perennial beds with a lot of verdure, me as well, but I liked it ;-)

And in Friday me and the gang took a boat trip with Stena line :P A little disappointment because the bar closed 21.30 and on the way home we just bought drinks in the shop. But we always have fun 'cause the gang is just nuts, the all lot. For pics check out my FB page;-)

Life goes on

Life goes on and on....though all the unhappy things that happens. I've said it before, this year is not a very good year for several friends and my family....
And now it has happened again. It's so unreal. Last week I found out that Lindas brother had passed away, way too young.
She of all people has gone trough enough of family loss in a lifetime in just two years now. Her father, grandparents and now her brother. It have to stop now.
She almost believe it's she who is causing it, that it's just her luck.
Of course it's not her fault, and she knows it but in these times you can't help thinking it.
I wish I could do something. Do something that really changing the situation but all I can do is to be there for her, in any way.
Like I always have and always will be.
